TerraStrong 3000 Series Low VOC Silicone Coating is a high quality, elastomeric silicone coating material designed to protect closed cell spray polyurethane foam (ccSPF) from UV rays and moderate mechanical damage. This low VOC silicone coating creates a moisture-resistant seal over the ccSPF that is both durable and flexible. TerraStrong 3000 Silicone Coating cures in a few hours and forms a seamless, self-flashing protective surface that can be reconditioned to provide years of leak-free and protective service.

TerraStrong 3000 Series Low VOC Silicone Coating is available in white and tan. The white coating meets Energy Star® LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), and Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) reflectance and emissivity requirements.
