Products - General Construction

Honeywell construction services and solutions feature a complete line of TerraStrong closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (ccSPF) insulation, protective coatings and waterproofing products, and air sealing materials. TerraStrong insulation and waterproofing systems are lightweight and adaptable to uniquely shaped structures and difficult-to-flash penetrations.

TerraStrong insulation is used wherever an environmental barrier is required. Our ccSPF insulates and enhances both performance and the structural integrity of roof decks and walls, while providing an excellent substrate for the full line of TerraStrong waterproofing and coating products. The TerraStrong system is seamless and monolithic and uses no mechanical fasteners, eliminating trouble spots and moisture penetration.

TerraStrong products are used in all types of general construction projects, from office buildings to retail; hospitals, schools and universities to warehouses and storage facilities; as well as multi-story, high occupancy, multi-family residential apartments and condos.

When used in industrial applications, TerraStrong ccSPF provides effective insulation for storage tanks, production vessels and hot and cold piping.

Air sealing is a high-value item for energy conservation. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) reports that uncontrolled air leakage is responsible for 30% to 60% of the energy loss of most buildings. TerraStrong air sealing materials fill gaps and cracks that help reduce energy consumption and, in turn, money spent for air conditioning and heating.
